The Internet is virtually exploding with information and resources for virtual assistants. Companies will try to persuade you to hire them for their low prices, and if you don’t know much about hiring the right VAs, it may be tempting to go with the least expensive company. They’re all pretty much the same anyway, right? WRONG! Virtual assistants run the gamut when it comes to value and making the wrong choice for
your business could undermine your business success. It could also destroy everything you’ve worked for. Take your time and think things through before you decide. Not every resource will lead you to qualified VAs. If you feel like it’s a good time to begin your search, ask yourself this question: will you know how and what to look for? And once you identify a person or two you might want to work with, will you know how to train them? Will you know how to effectively manage them or will it end up costing you more in time and money?
