Heavy Subframe Facade System with Pi-Shaped Wall Holders

The Pi-shaped wall holders FPH AL are designed with fixing points on both sides and are used for vertical load transfer in ventilated rainscreen facade systems. The system allows compensation of substrate tolerances through the combined use of wall holders and vertical profiles. Wall holders and vertical profiles are connected using connectors such as blind rivets, while the wall holders are fixed to the substrate using steel anchors or frame anchors.

The Pi-shaped geometry of the wall holder ensures optimised load transfer. The predesigned hole pattern allows quick and easy installation, and the long projection lengths provide the basis for large facade constructions and flexible use. The system is compatible with all common fixings and connectors, including frame fixings and steel anchors.

The vertical profiles for heavy subframe facade systems allow multifunctional use for direct fixings, as spacer subframe components or as a base construction. Their geometry enables optimised load transfer, and the various available geometries are adapted to individual applications. The profiles are available in uncoated or black anodised aluminium.
